We ship to the countries available during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@devuurtorenrond.nl before placing an order.
Processing time
Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment has been received.
During pre-order periods, the expected shipping date will be shown on the product page or communicated by email. If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order may ship once the pre-order item is available.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.
Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, weight, shipping method and carrier.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Netherlands: 3-5 business days
- Belgium / Germany / France: 5–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days
- Outside Europe: 10-14 business days
Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking

Damaged shipments
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@devuurtorenrond.nl with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to pay the additional shipping costs before resending the order.
Customs and import fees
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
